Exercise on the road?? How to stay limber when you're in the car a lot?
I love the concept of an extended road-trip and I'm just curious how people stay active on the road!
Anyone have any advice on this?
I'm fine with traveling by car but my body will go stiff as a board if I sit for that long AND miss out on all my workouts!
How do you combat the stiffness of sitting in cars for extended periods of time?
